Club Championships – Day 1 – Men’s Draw Posted
Registration for the Club Championships closed at 9:00 AM on Friday, September 11.

The men will be starting at 8:30 am both days – everyone tees off of #1. This is NOT a shotgun start.
The women will be starting at around 12:30 pm – teeing off after the last of the men have turned for their back 9.
The Men’s and Women’s Club Championship is a two day, 36 hole, stroke play event. To be eligible for the Club Championship, entrants are required to comply with the Terms of the Competition, which includes:
- having a current, valid Golf Canada Handicap Index
- having posted a minimum of 5 rounds of golf on the Golf Canada website in 2020
The Men will be competing for net & gross skins both days as well as the competition for the three trophies:
- Low Gross – Crofton Cup
- Senior Low Gross – Captain’s Cup
- Low Net – Humphries Cup
The Women be competing for three trophies:
- Low Gross – Wilson Cup
- Low net – Bramhall Cup
- Low net for players over 65 – La Belle Trophy
For the men, $5 for each trophy a player competes for and $5 for each skins game entry, so a maximum of $35.
The format for the Club Championships is the Saturday draw is done in order of handicap index, with low index players going off the #1 tee first. There is a re-draw and for day #2, players go out based on gross score from Day 1 – with the high gross scores going out early. The concept – we gather around the 18th green to see the final foursome coming in, which will likely have the champion in their midst.
